1980s Fine Pleat Pant Set

This lovely combo isn't a set but the pleated, stretchy materials are identical, making it a wonderful duo. The off-shoulder top with pretty tulip sleeves can be worn up or down and it has an elasticized neckline. The palazzo pants have an elastic waist.
